Bhendi Groundnut fry, Lady's finger fry, Bhendakaya Fry
Bhendi groundnutt fry Ingredients:
- Lady's finger-1/2kg
- Groundnuts-100gm
- Dry coconut
- Mirchi powder
- Salt, haldi
- Oil
- Garlic- 3 pieces
[Grind dry coconut, mirchi powder, salt and garlic in to fine paste and keep it aside]
PROCEDURE Lady's finger fry:
- Cut lady's finger into small circles.
- Heat oil for deep fry.
- Fry the lady'sfinger and groundnuts till the colour changes to light brown and keep them aside.
- Now take an another pan , pour 1 tablespoon of oil , add mustard, jeera, curry leaves,1/2 spon of haldi powder.
- To this add lady'sfinger and groundnuts which are already fried in oil . Now add the powder which is prepared before the procedure.
- Now cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
Good combination with roti's , chapati's and colour rice
