Bhendi Groundnut fry, Lady's finger fry, Bhendakaya Fry


Bhendi groundnutt fry Ingredients:

  • Lady's finger-1/2kg
  • Groundnuts-100gm
  • Dry coconut
  • Mirchi powder
  • Salt, haldi
  • Oil
  • Garlic-   3 pieces
[Grind dry coconut, mirchi powder, salt and garlic in to fine paste and keep it aside]

PROCEDURE Lady's finger fry:

  • Cut lady's finger into small circles.
  • Heat oil for deep fry.
  • Fry the lady'sfinger and groundnuts till the colour changes to light brown and keep them aside.
  • Now take an another pan , pour 1 tablespoon of oil , add mustard, jeera, curry leaves,1/2 spon of haldi powder.
  • To this add lady'sfinger and groundnuts which are already fried in oil . Now add the powder which is prepared before the procedure.
  • Now cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.

Good combination with roti's , chapati's and colour rice
