Besan Papad Recipe in Telugu ,Besan papada
◆ Besan flour (senagapindi ) -1 cup
◆ Maida -2 cups
◆ Jeera - 1 teaspoon
◆ Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Mirchi powder
◆ Salt
◆ Baking soda
◆ Oil
◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of maida and 1cup of besan flour, pinch of baking soda,turmeric, enough salt and mirchi powder, 1 teaspoon of jeera, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and mix thoroughly, now heat 3 tablespoons of oil and mix with the above flour.
◆ Now add enough water and knead in to dough like chapattis dough, let it ferment for 20 minutes.
◆ Now make small balls and press in to puries which should be very thin with the help of rolling pin.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, now fry the above prepared puries till the colour changes to golden brown colour.
◆ Now crispy besan papada are ready which remains fresh for 10 - 15 days.
Best combination with evening tea.
