Bread Sandwich


Green Sandwich Ingredients:

  • Bread slices-4
  • Mint [Pudina]-1 bunch [small]
  • Coriander Leaves-1 bunch [small]
  • Green chillies-2
  • Ghee /Oil- tablespoons
  • Tomato&Onion -1 each.

[Grind mint, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt in to a fine paste.

PROCEDURE of green Sanwich:

  • Take a pan and fry the bread slices with ghee or oil on both the sides.
  • Now apply the paste which is prepared before the procedure on one side of the bread slices.
  • Cut onion and tomato pieces and place on the bread slices and cover with another bread slice on it.
  • Now cut the bread slices in to triangle shape and serve with tomato sauce.
