Bread Sandwich
Green Sandwich Ingredients:
- Bread slices-4
- Mint [Pudina]-1 bunch [small]
- Coriander Leaves-1 bunch [small]
- Green chillies-2
- Ghee /Oil- tablespoons
- Tomato&Onion -1 each.
[Grind mint, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt in to a fine paste.
PROCEDURE of green Sanwich:
- Take a pan and fry the bread slices with ghee or oil on both the sides.
- Now apply the paste which is prepared before the procedure on one side of the bread slices.
- Cut onion and tomato pieces and place on the bread slices and cover with another bread slice on it.
- Now cut the bread slices in to triangle shape and serve with tomato sauce.
