Pudina Rice | Mint Rice:
Pudina Rice Ingredients:
- Rice-3cups
- Pudina [mint]-1bunch
- Green chillies-3
- Curry leaves
- Agenomoto -1 pinch
- Salt
- Onion-1
- Lemon-1/2
[Grind Pudina, green chillies, salt in to a fine paste]
PROCEDURE of pudina Rice :
- Cook the rice and keep it aside.
- Place a pan on flame and add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, haldi and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the paste which is prepared before the procedure and cook for 2 minutes .
- Now add the cooked rice , mix salt required for rice and mix thoroughly. Add a pinch of Agenomoto /tasting salt and mix.
- Put off the flame and garnish with onion pieces.
- Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.
