Rava ladoo- India Recipes in telugu
Rava Laddu Ingredients:
- Bombay rava/upma rava-1cup
- Sugar -1 cup
- Ghee -100ml
- Elaichi -2
- Raisins& Cashews
Procedure of Rava Ladoo:
- Roast bombay rava on low flame till light brown.
- Grind roasted rava and sugar in a dry jar in to fine powder.
- Melt ghee and transfer in to the fine powder and mix thoroughly.
- Fry raisins and cashews in ghee and add to the powder.
- Mix thoroughly and shape them in to round balls.
- These ladoos will be preserved fresh for 2-3 weeks in an air tight container.
