Rava ladoo- India Recipes in telugu


Rava Laddu Ingredients:

  • Bombay rava/upma rava-1cup
  • Sugar -1 cup
  • Ghee -100ml
  • Elaichi -2
  • Raisins& Cashews

Procedure of Rava Ladoo:

  • Roast bombay rava on low flame till light brown.
  • Grind roasted rava and sugar in a dry jar in to fine powder.
  • Melt ghee and transfer in to the fine powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Fry raisins and cashews in ghee and add to the powder.
  • Mix thoroughly and shape them in to round balls.
  • These ladoos will be preserved fresh for 2-3 weeks in an air tight container.
