Tindoora [ Dondakaya ] Groundnut fry
Tindoora Groundnut fry Ingredients :
- Tindoora-1/2 kg
- Groundnuts-100gm
- Dry coconut
- Mirchi powder
- Salt, haldi
- Oil
- Garlic- 3 pieces
[Grind dry coconut, mirchi powder, salt and garlic in to fine paste and keep it aside]
PROCEDURE Dondakaya Groundnut Fry:
- Cut tindoora in to small circles.
- Heat oil for deep fry.
- Fry the tindoora pieces and groundnuts till the colour changes to light brown and keep them aside.
- Now take an another pan , pour 1 tablespoon of oil , add mustard, jeera, curry leaves,1/2 spon of haldi powder.
- To this add tindoora and groundnuts which are already fried in oil . Now add the powder which is prepared before the procedure.
- Now cook for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
Good combination with roti's , chapati's and color rice
