◆ Now make small balls of dough and flatten it like chapattis, then take the moulds and press on it.{if moulds are not available then take a tea glass , reverse it and press on chapattis to get shapes}
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, then fry all the prepared biscuits till the colour changes to golden yellow colour.
◆ Transfer the biscuits on a tissue paper so that excess oil is being absorbed.
◆ Let it cool down, then serve yummy crunchy biscuits.
◆ These biscuits can be preserved fresh for 1 week.
Crunchey biscuits Ingredients
- Maida - 2 cups
- Bombay Rava - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar -1cup
- Oil
- Biscuit moulds (Available in market )
- (Grind sugar into fine powder )
Procedure of Crunchey Biscuits
◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of maida, 1cup of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of bombay rava,water and knead in to dough and keep aside for 5 minutes.◆ Now make small balls of dough and flatten it like chapattis, then take the moulds and press on it.{if moulds are not available then take a tea glass , reverse it and press on chapattis to get shapes}
