Cabbage chutney


Cabbage Chutney Ingredients:

▪ Cabbage- 1/2Kg
▪ Mirchi powder
▪ Salt
▪ Haldi
▪ Jeera
▪ Fenugreek
▪ Curry leaves
▪ Oil

( Finely chop the Cabbage in to small pieces and keep aside, now roast 2 tablespoons of jeera and fenugreek seeds and grind in to fine powder.)

PROCEDURE of Cabbage Chutney:


◆ Take a bowl and add the above chopped Cabbage , then add 2 tablespoons of mirchi powder and 1 tablespoon of salt,1/2 tablespoon of haldi,2 tablespoons of jeera , fenugreek powder which is prepared before and mix thoroughly and keep it aside.

◆ Now place a pan on flame , add 2 tablespoons of oil, jeera, curry leaves and transfer in to the above Cabbage bowl and mix well.

◆ This chutney can be preserved fresh for 1 week.
