How to Cook Green Chicken

Green Chicken INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken-1/4 kg
  • Onions -2
  • Spinach-3 bunches
  • Coriander -1 bunch
  • Green chillies- 50gm
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Dhaniya powder
  • Garam masala
  • Lemons-2
(Grind spinach, coriander and green chillies, salt in to a fine paste)

Procedure of Green Chicken :

◆ Place a pan on flame, add 3-4 tablespoons of oil and add finely chopped onions, fry them till golden yellow colour persists,  add pinch of haldi, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and cook till it leaves its raw smell.
◆ Transfer the chicken pieces in to the above pan and mix thoroughly,add salt  as per your taste, let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
◆ Now add the green paste which is prepared before the procedure  and mix well, cook for 10 minutes then add 1/2 tablespoon of Dhaniya powder and garam masala.
◆ Put off the flame when oil spills out, transfer it in  to a bowl and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
◆ Serve with paratha or biryani.
