Mirchi ka salan Ingredients
Big Green chillies - 250gmTomatoes -3
Onions -2
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Dhaniya powder
Whole gram masala
Sesame seeds
Ground nuts
Poppy seeds
Haldi
Mirchi powder
Salt
Oil
Tamarind
{Roast 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, ground nut,1 tablespoon of poppy seeds, then add tamarind,required salt, mirchi powder, 3 tomatoes, grind them in to fine powder, add sufficient water to make it fb paste and keep aside }
Procedure of Mirchi ki salan
◆ Place a pan on flame and add 4 tablespoons of oil, 1 cup of finely chopped onions, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, pinch of haldi and fry them.◆ Now make a slit to the big green chillies, and transfer in to the pan, mix well and close a lid.Mix it frequently in between. Cook on a low flame.
◆ After 15 minutes, add the above prepared paste and mix well, close a lid and cook till oil spills out.
◆ Now add 1 glass of water and mix well to get gravy consistency, cook for 5 minutes.
◆ Put off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
◆ Serve hot with rotis or vegetable biryani.
