Rose cookies Ingredients
Maida - 1/2KG
Sugar -250gm
Baking soda
Oil

Procedure of Rose Cookies
◆ Take a bowl and mix maida and sugar,1 pinch of baking soda and mix well adding water in to a smooth batter which should be either loose neither tight.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, now dip the rose cookies mould or else the batter will not stick.
◆ Now remove the mould from oil and immerse in batter and fry in oil.
◆ If the cookie is not sliding from the mould dont panic separate it with the help of a knife.
◆ Again reheat the mould in oil and repeat the process as above.
◆ Store in an air tight container,remains fresh for 1 week.
