Maida biscuits
▪ Spinach -2 bunches
▪ Green chillies - 5-6 (based on your taste)
▪ Baking soda
▪ Oil
▪ Salt
▪ Sesame seeds-2 tablespoons
{Grind spinach, green chillies and salt in to fine paste and keep aside}
◆ Let it ferment for 15 minutes.
◆ Make the dough in to small balls of cherry size and make chapattis, then with the help of a knife cut in vertical and horizontal ways such that u get diamond shaped structures .Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, then fry all the prepared biscuits till the colour changes in to golden brown colour.
◆ These biscuits can be preserved fresh for 1 week.

◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of maida,salt required ,above prepared paste , and 3 tablespoons of hot oil and knead in to dough.◆ Let it ferment for 15 minutes.
