Boondi Ladoo ingredients

◆ Bengal gram flour (senagapindi ) - 2 cups
◆ Sugar - 1cup
◆ Ghee - 4 tablespoons
◆ Vanta karpuram
◆ Cashews
◆ Raisins
◆ Oil
◆ Baking soda

Procedure

◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of Bengal gram flour and a pinch of baking soda and add enough water and make batter like dosa batter.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, take a strainer and pour the batter on the strainer and fry the boondi.
◆ Fry the boondi till they become crispy. (No need of colour change )
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar and add small 1/2 glass of water and boil till it becomes light syrup.
◆ Now add a pinch of vanta karpuram ,4 tablespoons of ghee and transfer the above fried boondi and mix well.
◆ Let it cool down for a couple of minutes and make ladoos .
◆ Now boondi ladoos are ready, which remains fresh for 1 week.
