Murukulu Ingredients
▪ Rice flour -2 cups ▪ Gram flour ( senagapindi ) - 1 cup
▪ Sesame seeds -2 tablespoons
▪ Red chilli powder -1 tablespoon
▪ Salt
▪Oil
▪ carom seeds -1/2spoon
jantikalu Procedure
◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of rice flour, 1cup of gram flour ,2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1/2spoon of carom seeds ,salt ant red chilli powder according to your taste,then heat 2 tablespoons of oil and mix in the flour.◆ Mix enough water and knead in to dough.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry.
◆ Now take muruku mould and stuff the dough and press in the hot oil,
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
◆ Fry them till the colour changes to golden yellow colour.
◆ These murukulu remain fresh for 10-15 days. ,store in an air tight container.
