◆ Bengal gram flour ( senagapindi ) - 1 cup
◆ Cabbage (straight finely chopped )-2 cups
◆ Green chillies -6 (Finely chopped )
◆ Salt
◆ Baking soda
◆ Jeera -1/4 tablespoon
◆ Add enough water to make dough which should be some what tight.
◆ Now place a pan and add oil for deep fry,then fry the above dough till the colour changes to golden yellow colour persists, repeat the same with the remaining dough.
◆ Good combination with evening tea.

◆ Take a bowl and add 1cup of Bengal gram flour and 2 cups of finely chopped Cabbage,green chillies, pinch of baking soda, enough salt, 1/4 tablespoon of jeera and mix well.◆ Add enough water to make dough which should be some what tight.
◆ Now place a pan and add oil for deep fry,then fry the above dough till the colour changes to golden yellow colour persists, repeat the same with the remaining dough.
