Ragi malt / ragi java




◆ Ragi powder -2 tablespoons
◆ Sugar- 2 tablespoons
◆ Water- 2 glasses [half litre of water]

Procedure

Ragi Malt
◆ Place a pan on flame and add half litre of water,boil it then add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
◆ Now take a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of ragi powder and add little water to make a smooth paste, now add this to the boiling water and mix well and boil for 10 minutes.
◆ Now put off the flame and serve hot or chilled.
◆ Good for health especially during summer season.

NOTE

● Ragi powder will be available in market or else you can also prepare at home.
