Palak pakodi
◆ Spinach (palakura)-3 bunches
◆ Besan flour -1cup
◆ Jeera - 1 / 2 teaspoon
◆ Salt
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Green chillies - 6-8
◆ Baking soda
◆ Oil
◆ Finely chop the spinach in to pieces and keep aside.
◆ Cut green chillies in to small pieces.
◆ Now take a bowl and add 1cup of besan flour, 3 bunches of finely chopped spinach, green chillies, enough salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon of jeera,baking soda and turmeric powder and mix well.
◆ Now add water in intervals and make it in to a solid batter.
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, now take small amounts of batter and fry in oil.
◆ Now crispy palak pakodi are ready to serve.
Good combination with evening tea. ,serve hot with tomato sauce if interested.
