Ulli karam dosa
◆ Black gram - 1cup
◆ Red chillies - 3
◆ Onions
◆ Red chillies powder
◆ Salt
◆ Oil
◆ Soak 2 cups of rice, 1cup of black gram and 3 red chillies in water for 4 hours and grind in to fine paste. (Addition of red chillies gives good colour to the dosa).Let it ferment for 3 hours
◆ Now grind onions, enough red chilli powder a pinch of salt in to fine paste.
◆ Now place a tava on flame and make dosa, add 1 tablespoon of oil,then spread the above onion paste(ulli karam ) equally and cook for a while.
◆ Now roll the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney.
