Today we are Preparing Mirapakaya Bajji or Mirchi Bajji, Its made with green Chillis and Bengal gram flour. We have explained how to make mirapakaya bajji step by step video with english text.
Mirapakaya Bajji Ingredients
◆ Big green chillies -10
◆ Bengal gram flour -1cup
◆ Salt
◆ Baking powder
◆ Ajwain
◆ water
◆ Oil
For stuffing :
◆ Sesame seeds - 4 tablespoons
◆ Salt
◆ Jeera - half teaspoon
◆ Roast sesame seeds and jeera and grind it in to fine powder with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
Procedure of Mirapakaya Bajji
◆ Take a bowl and add 1cup of bengal gram flour ( besan),a pinch of baking soda, enough salt, half teaspoon of ajwain,enough water and make it in to thick consistency.
◆ Now slit the green chillies and add the above stuff in them and keep aside. ( can remove the seeds inside the chillies to servs children ).
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, now dip the above stuffed green chillies in the besan and drop in to the oil and fry till the colour changes to light golden colour. (Ensure that one side of the green chilli is exposed out with out besan so the chilli inside is also cooked well)
◆ Now serve hot with finely chopped onions with evening tea.
