Rava Kesari Ingredients

◆ Bombay Rava - 1cup
◆ Sugar - 1cup
◆ Ghee - 4 tablespoons
◆ Dry fruits
◆ Elaichi powder - 1 / 4 teaspoon
◆ Water - 3 cups
◆ Food colour

Rava Kesari (Rava Halwa) Procedure
◆ Place a pan on flame and add 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast bombay rava till it colour changes and keep aside.
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 3 cups of water and let it boil.
◆ Now add 1cup of sugar and cook till it melts,now add the above roasted bombay rava and stir continously or else leads to clumping.
◆ Cook for 2 minutes and add a pinch of food colour and mix well.
◆ Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits and keep aside.
◆ Now add 4 tablespoons of ghee and above roasted dry fruits to the above kesari.
◆ At last add 1/2spoon of elaichi powder and mix well, now put off the flame and serve.
