Pineapple halwa
Ingredients
◆ pineapple pieces -1cup
◆ Bombay Rava - 1cup
◆ Sugar - one and half cup
◆ Ghee-4 tablespoons
◆ Water - 3 cups
◆ Elaichi powder - 1 teaspoon
◆ Food colour -1 pinch
Procedure
◆ Place a pan on flame and add 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast bombay rava till the colour changes to golden brown colour and keep aside.
◆ Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the above pineapple pieces and roast till the colour changes.
◆ Now add 3 cups of water to the pineapple pieces ,let it boil ,then add sugar,let it dissolve completely.
◆ Now add the above roasted bombay rava and mix thoroughly to avoid clumps.
◆ Then add a pich of food colour and 1 teaspoon of elaichi powder and off the flame.
◆ Now add 2 tablespoons of ghee and serve.
