Capsicum fry

Capsicum Fry Ingredients:

  • capsicum-1/2kg
  • Roasted dal [putnalu]
  • mirchi powder
  • salt
  • haldi
  • garlic-2 pieces
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Coriander Leaves
[ Grind roasted dal, mirchi powder, salt, garlic in to fine powder]

PROCEDURE of Capsicum Fry:
  • Cut capsicum in to pieces.
  • Place a pan on flame and pour 2 tablespoons of oil .
  • Add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, haldi and then the capsicum pieces.
  • Mix thoroughly and close a lid on it.
  • After 10 minutes add the powder which is prepared before the procedure and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and put  off the flame.
Good Combination with roti's and rice.
