Capsicum fry
PROCEDURE of Capsicum Fry:
Capsicum Fry Ingredients:
- capsicum-1/2kg
- Roasted dal [putnalu]
- mirchi powder
- salt
- haldi
- garlic-2 pieces
- Curry leaves
- Oil
- Coriander Leaves
[ Grind roasted dal, mirchi powder, salt, garlic in to fine powder]
- Cut capsicum in to pieces.
- Place a pan on flame and pour 2 tablespoons of oil .
- Add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, haldi and then the capsicum pieces.
- Mix thoroughly and close a lid on it.
- After 10 minutes add the powder which is prepared before the procedure and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and put off the flame.
Good Combination with roti's and rice.
