Procedure of Butter Parata
Take a bowl and add maida, pinch of salt, required amounts of water and make dough.Let this ferment for half an hour.
Now make balls and make chapattis size , to this smear butter and roll it from one end to another and form a circle and press at the ends.
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
Place a tava on flame and cook till the colour of the paratha change to light gold colour, smear ghee or oil .
Best combination with all gravy curries.
