Cauliflower chutney, Chuneys | Pickles in telugu
Cailiflower Chutney Ingredients :
Cauliflower - 1cup
Salt
Mirchi powder
Haldi
Mustard
Jeera
Fenugreek (menthulu)
Red chillies
Oil
Lemons -3
{Roast 1 tablespoon of mustard, jeera and fenugreek seeds in a pan and grind it in to fine powder }
Procedure of Califlower Chutnet
◆ Chop cauliflower in to fine pieces and soak in hot water for few minutes.◆ Squeeze out pieces from hot water and place in a bowl.
◆ Now add 1 tablespoon of salt, mirchi powder, pinch of haldi, jeera mustard powder which is prepared before the procedure and mix well.
◆ Squeeze juice of 3 Lemons in to the above mixture and mix well.
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 4 tablespoons of oil, add mustard, jeera, red chillies, black gram, curry leaves, and pour in to the above pickle and mix well.
◆ Cauliflower chutney is now ready, remains fresh for 15 days.
Best combination with rice.
