Ravva Laddu Procedure▪ Bombay Rava -2 cups
▪ Sugar -1cup
▪ Milk-1/2 Cup
▪ Ghee
(Grind sugar into fine powder )
Procedure Ravva Ladoo :
◆ Place a pan on flame and add 3tablespoons of ghee and roast bombay rava till it changes to golden brown colour.◆ Now take a bowl and add the above roasted bombay rava and powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of melted ghee and mix well.
◆ To the above mixture add 3 tablespoons of milk in installments and make small balls of cherry sized.
◆ Garnish with roasted dry fruits and serve.
◆ These ladoos can be preserved fresh for 3-4 days not more as milk is added in preparation.
