Purnalu | Purnam Burelu | Bellam Purnalu | Jaggery Purnalu
Purnalu Ingredients :
Rice -2 cupsBlack gram -1cup
Bengal gram -1 cup
Jaggery - 1cup
Oil
Purnalu Procedure
◆ Soak 2 cups of rice and 1cup of black gram for 4 hours and grind adding water in to a semi solid batter and keep aside.
◆ soak 1cup of Bengal gram for 4 hours and boil them,let it cool down, drain water ,then add 1cup of jaggery and grind in to fine paste.
◆ Now make small balls from the above paste and keep aside.
◆ Take the batter which is prepared first,then dip the above prepared balls and deep fry them in oil till the colour changes to golden yellow colour.
◆ Repeat the process with the remaining balls.
◆ Now hot purnalu are ready.
