Godhamapindi dry fruits ladoo

Ingredients

◆ Wheat flour (godhamapindi )-2 cups
◆ Sugar - 1cup
◆ Ghee - 5 tablespoons
◆ Cashews -1 tablespoon
◆ Raisins -1 tablespoon
◆ Dates -2 tablespoon

Procedure


◆ Place a pan on flame and add 2 cups of wheat flour and roast till the colour changes to golden colour and keep aside.
◆ Fry cashews, raisins and dates in ghee and keep aside.
◆ Grind 1cup of sugar in to fine powder.
◆ Take a bowl and transfer the above powdered sugar , roasted wheat flour,fried dry fruits and mix thoroughly, now melt 5 tablespoons of ghee and add to the powder,mix well and make small ladoos
◆ Now godhamapindi dry fruits ladoo are ready, remains fresh for 10 - 15 days.
