Mamidikaya pulihora
◆ Grated raw mango-1cup
◆Green chillies - 8
◆ Red chillies - 3
◆Mustard - 1 teaspoon
◆ Jeera - 1 teaspoon
◆ Fenugreek seeds - 1 / 2 teaspoon
◆ Curry leaves
◆ Oil -4 tablespoons
◆ Salt
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Ground nut - 2 tablespoons
◆ Roasted dal { putnalu } - 2 tablespoons
◆ Place a pan on flame and roast 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of jeera, 1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds separately and grind in to fine powder and keep aside.
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 4 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of jeera, mustard, then 3 red chillies, 2 tablespoons of ground nuts and roasted dal and mix well .
◆ Now add half teaspoon of turmeric powder, curry leaves, above prepared powder 2 teaspoons,1 cup of grated raw mango ,required salt and mix well.
◆ Let it cook for 3 minutes, now add 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix well.
◆ Now mamidikaya pulihora is ready to serve, can add fried Cashews for additional taste.
