Pesara pappu ladoo
◆ Sugar - 1cup
◆ Ghee - 5 tablespoons
◆ Cashews
◆ Place a pan on flame and roast 1cup of moong dal till the colour changes to golden yellow colour.
◆ Now grind 1cup of sugar in to fine powder.
◆ Now grind the above roasted moong dal in to fine powder.
◆ Take a bowl and transfer the above powdered moong dal and sugar and mix thoroughly , melt ghee and add in to the above powder, mix well.
◆ Make small balls of cherry size.
◆ Now pesara pappu ladoos are ready, remains fresh for 10 - 15 days.
