Rumali roti

Ingredients


◆ Maida - 2 cups
◆ Wheat flour -1 cup
◆ Salt
◆ Baking soda or yeast
◆ Water
◆Oil

Procedure


◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of maida and 1cup of wheat flour, a pinch of baking soda and salt ,1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.
◆ Now add enough water in intervals and knead in to dough and keep aside,let it ferment for 20 minutes.
◆ Now divide the dough in to small equal portions, take a rolling pin and press them as thin as possible.
◆ Now place a pan upside down and cook the above pressed rumali roti on both sides.
◆ Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
◆ Rumali rotis are now ready, serve hot with any gravy curries.
