◆ Salt
◆ Baking soda -1 pinch
◆ Oil
◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of Bengal gram flour, enough salt, pinch of baking soda, mix well and add water and make batter like dosa batter.
◆ place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry,now take a muruku mould and stuff the dough and press in the hot oil and fry. (No need of colour change )
◆ Repeat the same process with the remaining dough.
◆ Now crispy sev is ready, remains fresh for 10 - 15 days.
Best combination with evening tea or coffee.
