Thokkudu ladoo
◆ Sugar - 1cup
◆ Oil
◆ Baking soda
◆ Take a bowl and add 2 cups of Bengal gram flour, pinch of baking soda, add enough water and knead in to smooth batter.
◆ Place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry, then take a strainer and pour the batter and fry the boondi till it becomes crispy and keep aside. (No need of colour change )
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 1cup of sugar and add small half glass of water and boil till the sugar dissolves completely and become sticky.
◆ Now transfer the above fried boondi in the sugar syrup,add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well .
◆ let it cool down, then grind them in mixie and make small balls.
◆ Now thokkudu ladoo is ready, remains fresh for 10 - 15 days.
