Egg dosa, Guddu Dosa
◆ Black gram - 1cup
◆ Red chillies - 3
◆ Eggs
◆Salt
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Mirchi powder
◆ Oil
◆ Soak 2 cups of rice, 1cup of black gram and 3 red chillies in water for 5 hours and grind in to fine paste and keep aside for 3 hours to ferment.
◆ Now take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water and add enough salt and red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and mix well, then add eggs in to it and beat thoroughly and keep aside. ( Adding water avoids clumping of salt and red chilli powder with egg)
◆ Now place a tava on flame and make dosa, add 1 teaspoon of oil,then spread the above beaten egg evenly on dosa and cook on both sides.
◆ Now roll the dosa and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
