Masala Dosa, Alu kurma dosa,
◆ Black gram - 1cup
◆ Red chillies - 3
◆ Boiled potatoes
◆ Onions (Finely chopped )
◆ Green chillies (Finely chopped )
◆ Curry leaves and coriander leaves ( Finely chopped )
◆ Salt
◆ Oil
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Soak 2 cups of rice, 1cup of black gram, 3 red chillies in water for 5 hours and grind in to fine paste and keep aside for 3 hours to ferment.
◆ Now place a pan on flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil and add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, a pinch of turmeric powder and cook for 1 minute .
◆ Now mash the above boiled potatoes and add along with enough salt, mix well and add finely chopped coriander leaves and put off the flame and keep aside.
◆ Now place a tava on flame and make dosa, add 1 teaspoon of oil,then spread the above prepared alu kurma evenly on dosa and cook.
◆ Now roll it and serve hot with chutney.
