Bajji is a easy and quick snack , you can prepare bajji with chilli (mirchi Bajji), onion, baby corn, cauliflower, brinjal, banana etc. Today we will learn how to prepare with Aloo (potato) follow the easy recipe potato bajji below.
Aloo Bajji Ingredients
◆ Potatoes
◆ Bengal gram flour -1cup
◆ Baking soda
◆ Salt
◆ Oil
◆ water
Aloo (Potato) Bajji Procedure
◆ Firstly slice the potatoes and keep aside.
◆ Now take a bowl and add 1cup of besan and add a pinchof baking soda, enough salt and mix well to form a thick consistency.
◆ Place a deep vessel and add oil required for deep fry .
◆ Now dip the above potato slice in besan on both sides and slowly drop in to the hot oil.
◆ cook on both sides till the colour changes to light golden colour.
◆ Now serve hot with tomato sauce.
◆ Good combination with evening tea.
