Semiya Payasam recipe in telugu by siriplaza
Semiya PayasamRequired Ingrediants
1. Semya - 250g
2. Sugar - 200g
3. Milk - 200ml
4. Casew - 50g
5. Elachi - 5pcs
6. Water - 250ml
7. Ghee - 5 TSP
kheer,semiya payasam,paal payasam
Procedure
1.Fry Semiya till it reaches golden brown color by adding 1 TSB of Ghee.
2. Fry cashews by adding ghee.
3. Take another pan, and pour 250ml of water & boil it for 10 mins.
4. Put semtya into the boiling water and stirit for a while.
5. Close the pan with lid for quick cooking.
6. Mean while check the semya wheather it is cooked.
7. Add 200g of sugar, cook for 10 mins ill sugar melts
8. Switch off the stove and Add boiled milk.
9. transfor the semya into serving bowl.
10. Mix with elachi powder, Garnish with Cashews.
Tasty Sweet semya Payasam is ready to eat.
